Danielle Grossenbacher – Chair – “The City We Need is Affordable” & Co-Chair – GAPs Business & Industry Group

Danielle Grossenbacher is a Licensed Associate Real Estate Broker with Brown Harris Stevens in New York City and a member of the Real Estate Board of New York, With over 30 years of Real Estate experience, Danielle sells residential and commercial investment properties in Manhattan.

Very actively involved in the International Real Estate Federation (FIABCI), at the local, national and international level, Danielle served as FIABCI’s World President In 2015-2016. During her term she launched the World Urban Campaign « The City We Need Is Affordable » in Dubai in January 2016 with the full support of UN-Habitat. She is currently co-chair of the campaign and the main representative of FIABCI at the UN in New York City. Danielle is also co-chair of the Business & Industry Group of the General Assembly of Partners (GAP), a civil society group working closely with UN-Habitat to implement the New Urban Agenda and the Sustainable Development goals. 

She holds a Master’s degree in Political Science and International Studies from the Graduate Institute of International Studies (IUHEI) in Geneva, Switzerland.

Mr. Lawin is a a Global Entrepreneur, welknown as Global Ambassador of Real Estate Indonesia in promoting Indonesia and Asia real estate sector to the world. He is also Chairman of Felix Land, Lawin Investments, Big Ben Capital London and Advisory to numbers of multinational companies. He holds key positions in various business organization and association locally and internationally. He is Founder and Chairman of Indonesia Proptech  Association, the Global Ambassador of Asia Proptech ( HK),  the  Vice  President of Real Estate Indonesia Developers Association  in charge for Foriegn Affairs,  Board Member of Indonesia Hong Kong Business Association and  in FIABCI ,the International Real Estate Federation he holds some strategic roles such as Board of Director,  President of Strategic Committee as well as Vice President of FIABCI Asia Pacific  region  ,recently appointed as FIABCI Representative to United Nation Geneva 2021-2022.  He is Co-Chair of the Business Industry Group of the General Assembly of Partners (GAP) and co-chair of the World Urban Campaign “The City We need is Affordable”.
